 The following terms and conditions govern all transactions placed online via this webshop, by e-mail, telephone or post therefore by placing an order with Mountain Wild you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

 

PRICES

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate unless stated otherwise and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Our prices are reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to make changes to our prices without prior notice. The prices quoted on this site are for web sales only.

 

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. In the event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you of this as soon as possible. At the same time we will advise the next availability date. You will then have the option to cancel your order or, based on the new delivery date, proceed with the order. Every effort will be made to supply the items specified.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

When goods are in stock and we receive your order by 1pm, we will aim to dispatch your order that day. If not, wherever possible we will despatch your order within 2-5 working days. If we cannot ship your order within this timescale we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date. Delivery times will vary dependant on delivery service.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We only accept payment in UK pounds sterling. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta and all payments are securely made through SagePay.

 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most circumstances we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce. Both of these services require a signature on receipt therefore please ensure there will be someone who is able to do this at the delivery address specified. We accept no liability for a delivery not being made due to the recipient not being available.

We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses containing PO Box numbers.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Standard Delivery - £4.00 for orders up to and including £49.99

FREE Standard Delivery - on orders of £50.00 and over

Guaranteed Next Working Day - £9.00  (for orders received by 1 pm Monday - Friday) 

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £11.00 (for orders received by 1 pm Friday)

International Delivery – we regret we are currently only able to ship to addresses within the UK

 

MAKING A PURCHASE

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Mountain Wild to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Mountain Wild, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you.

When your order is despatched, we will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery, and obtain a full refund. To cancel your order you must do so in writing, by email or fax, quoting your order number. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items, to retain all original packaging and you must not use the items. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is considered to be faulty or incorrect, in which case we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.

Providing the goods are received back in a complete and unused condition and in their original packaging, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with the items that you have ordered you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the items are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Please ensure these instructions are followed as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this website for your own use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics on this website are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on this website are used separately from accompanying text; and (c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this website other than in accordance with clause above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

 

SERVICE ACCESS

While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
