Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

When goods are in stock and we receive your order by 2pm, we will aim to dispatch your order that day. If not, wherever possible we will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. If we cannot ship your order within this timescale we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date. Delivery times will vary dependent on delivery service.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most circumstances we use Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For Delivery, Parcelforce or Hermes. These services require a signature on receipt therefore please ensure there will be someone who is able to do this at the delivery address specified. We accept no liability for a delivery not being made due to the recipient not being available.

We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses containing PO Box numbers.


POSTAGE AND PACKING

Standard Delivery - £4.50 for orders up to and including £74.99

FREE Standard Delivery - on orders of £75.00 and over

Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm - £11.00  (for orders received by 1 pm Monday - Friday) 

**Orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day**

International Delivery – we regret we are currently only able to ship to addresses within the UK

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with the items that you have ordered from our web shop, please advise us within fourteen days of receipt and then you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish a refund, provided that the items are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging and all labels still attached. Please ensure these instructions are followed as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel with the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. In the event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you of this as soon as possible. At the same time we will advise the next availability date. You will then have the option to cancel your order or, based on the new delivery date, proceed with the order. Every effort will be made to supply the items specified.
